Fees will vary. The first phone consultation is always
free so it may be better to call and discuss the
situation so that an estimate can be given once the
matter is understood.

However, the fee in most family disputes concerning
children only is fairly standard. In the majority of cases
parties can expect to pay around $800-$1000 per
couple.
This includes GST, all preliminary phone calls,
preparation, room hire and one half-day mediation
session.

In all other disputes, the fees will depend on the type of
matter, the complexity, the amount of preparation and
the length of time required etc.
